- Social movement through providing opportunity to youths for writing on social issues and honored them by giving state level Awards for social writing and
- Empowerment and capacity building of women and strengthening their organizations through SHGs approach / Federation as a micro-finance institution. As well create new SHGs.
- Work on Rights of the children, women, old aged, child labor and domestic violence.
- Started English medium school based on CBSE Pattern on June 2015, in which near-about 90 students have admitted from marginalized section.
- Create opportunity in education opportunities for them as well as conducting programmes for value education and personality development.
- Action project towards promotion of people’s movement and organization of the people to secure rights to employment, education, rationing and health issues etc.
- Liaisons between people and the government on the developmental issues and the opportunities.
- Organization has started free coaching classes for UPSC & MPSC exams for the pupils of unskilled laborers.
