- To undertake implementation of educational, economical programmes seeking overall development of weaker sections of the society.
- Create employment/employment opportunities for Dalits and Adivasi youths.
- Provide free guidance and training about UPSC & MPSC and other related competitive exams to the youths of SC, ST, OBC, SBC, NT, & VJNT community.
- Create awareness among community about issues of drinking water and water for agriculture.
- Organize marginalized sections of society with reference to women under umbrella of SHGs and formation of new SHGs.
- Help the community to get benefits of various Governmental and nongovernmental schemes by organizing various community level guidance camps.
- Honored the writers/social workers who works on social issues by their writings & other social movements in society irrespective of their caste and religion (currently organization gives Two types of state level awards for,1:- Social workers.& 2- writers on social issues.
- Create awareness among community about environmental changes/global warming by various programmes at community level in the work areas.
- Create awareness about importance of water for drinking and agriculture use and Implement “Integrated Watershed Development Programme” (currently agency is working as Project Training Organization (PTO) for Watershed Development with Government of Maharashtra).
- Create awareness about vocational and technical education among youths for better livelihood option
- To facilitate and assist the marginalized farmers, families from weaker sections and eligible beneficiaries to avail benefits under different government schemes with major emphasis to agricultural development and farmers education and creating an awareness among desirable group of people.
- To create and provide opportunities to the people to participate in the cultural events to preserve and develop the culture.
